The woman, who found herself caught in a downpour that could rival the monsoons of Cherrapunji, was left utterly "bhauchakki, achambit, and prabhawit" (surprised, shocked, and impressed) by Kay Beauty's liquid eyeliner, which refused to budge, even as the heavens unleashed their fury.
