Katie Price's Mucky Mansion has been sold after she was evicted by bailiffs. The property, in Dial Post, Horsham, was repossessed from the Brighton-born star after she failed to make mortgage payments amid her bankruptcy troubles. Price also owes more than £750,000 to the taxman.

Last week, the 46-year-old appeared remotely at a bankruptcy hearing at the Rolls Building, London , after she was detained at Heathrow Airport on Thursday night following an arrest warrant. The arrest warrant was issued after she failed to attend a previous hearing over her finances. The mother of five from Brighton said she was filming a documentary on surgeries abroad and so was not able to appear in the dock but the judge dismissed this reason as "irrelevant".

Ms Price had lived in the 1930s property for ten years with her family before it was repossessed . Estate Agents HJ Burt and Son put the nine-bed house, which has been built in the Arts and Crafts style , up for sale earlier this month for £1.5 million.
