Kate Garraway has issued a public apology to This Morning star Josie Gibson for her behaviour at a festival over the weekend. The Good Morning Britain star, 57, enjoyed a fun-filled weekend in Dorset at Bestival with her nearest and dearest, including her two children, Darcey, 17, and Billy, 15. The TV star also enjoyed some quality time with some of her famous friends, including This Morning star Josie, 39, who happened to stumble upon Kate who was enjoying a couple of drinks for the first time in a long time.

Taking to Instagram to share some highlights of her wild weekend, Kate issued an apology to Josie as she joked that she may have gotten a bit tipsy after just one drink. Kate's caption read: "Well that was fun! Bestival thanks for a great day. Apologies to Josie Gibson for being unlucky enough to meet me after my first pint and a half of larger in a looooong while.

What a great family friendly festival. Now to bed." It comes after Kate shared that her daughter Darcey visited her father Derek Draper's grave to share her A Level results with him.

Last week, the Good Morning Britain host, who recently took a break from the ITV show after her dad was hospitalised, broke her social media silence with a new post. The TV presenter posted a heartfelt message in response to the news, taking a moment to pay tribute to her late husband who passed away in January. Her daughter also received her exam results on what would have been Derek's 57th birthday.

Kate shared a video of flow.
