Milo Yiannopoulous, former chief of staff for and his Yeezy brand, made allegations against Kanye and his dentist, Thomas P Connelly. In a legal affidavit filed in California, the 39-year-old accused the dentist of "reckless, unethical, dishonest, explorative, and upon information and belief, illegal conduct." Connelly was the dentist who created and installed which reportedly cost $850,000.

He claimed that Connelly urged the use of nitrous gas "in the absence of a qualified anesthesia or medical professional by a person with history of mental illness and addiction." West has been vocal about his battles with bipolar disorder.
In the affidavit, Yiannopoulous claimed that bipolar symptoms and the side effects of nitrous gas abuse are very closely related.
