Kannada actress Deepika Das, who recently tied the knot with one Deepak Kumar is enjoying a vacation abroad. Meanwhile, according to reports her mother Padmalatha has filed a complaint against an individual, alleging that she has been receiving threatening phone calls. Files complaint with Madanayakanahalli police According to reports, the actress’ mother has filed a complaint against a man named Yashwanth.
Following the threats, Padmalatha has lodged a complaint at the Madanayakanahalli police station. The police have registered a case and are investigating the matter. According to the complaint filed by Deepika Das’ mother, the calls began after Deepika Das went abroad with her husband.
Yashwanth reportedly questioned Deepika’s mother, saying, “Why did you marry your daughter to him? He is a fraudster who has cheated people under the guise of real estate deals.” He further warned her to take legal action against the son-in-law. Further, reports suggest that according to the complaint filed by the mother, Yashwanth is also accused of contacting Deepika Das directly, alleging her husband’s involvement in fraudulent activities.
