Justin Timberlake is being slammed online as his lawyer claims he was "not intoxicated" on the night of his arrest in New York in June during a court hearing on Friday. Timberlake, 43, was arrested on June 18 at about midnight after a Sag Harbor Village Police Department officer stopped him in the Hamptons after he allegedly ran a stop sign and veered out of his lane while driving a 2025 BMW X7. The singer reportedly told the officer he had one martini and was following some friends home, but he arrested and later charged with a driving-while-intoxicated misdemeanor.
