After growing used to stepping out almost daily in what can best be described as weird and wonderful outfits – seriously, we're talking a full contrasted with an uber-feminine , and a – her absence over recent weeks (from our Instagram feeds and media headlines alike) had definitely been noted. In fact, we'd even started to miss her daily fashion shows. Especially as her most recent appearance last month saw her debut .

Hardly the Julia we know and love. Well, we're pleased to report the former is back! Stepping out over the weekend [Saturday 10 August], Julia's latest look was certainly more wearable than some of her previous outfits – anyone remember her ? However, upon closer inspection, her crop top and maxi skirt attire featured her trademark, typically quirky twist. Namely, the fact her high-neck, long-sleeved yellow crop top featured a micro hemline, finishing just under her bust, and was paired with a low-rise maxi skirt that looked like it was constructed entirely from men's boxer shorts.

The figure-hugging design was made up of the elasticated waistband and top few inches of different plaid and checked fabrics, most commonly used for men's undergarments, layered on top of each other, stretching from Julia's hips all the way to the floor. Boxers have proved to be a big this season with fashion insiders wearing them as an easy, throw-on . Julia has given the look a whole new, autumn-appropriate twist though.
