Joshua Jackson is opening up about what keeps him young! While walking the red carpet at the 2024 Emmy Awards on Sunday (Sept. 15), the 46-year-old actor was asked to share his secrets to staying and looking young. Keep reading to find out more.

I think that it keeps you young,” Joshua shared with People , referencing his 4-year-old daughter Juno with ex-wife Jodie Turner-Smith . “The gray hair might tell you a little different,” Joshua jokingly added. Joshua also noted that his lack of facial hair also probably helps him look younger.
“I think it’s just that I shaved, really,” Joshua said. “I mean, I am happy. I’m very happy, but I think it’s that I shaved.
I think I look a lot younger without a full COVID beard.” Also in the interview, Joshua shared some of the things that he and his daughter like doing together these days. “We’re in a big Lion King phase right now, so that’s good.
And yeah, I mean, go to the park, sit at home, do arts and crafts,” Joshua said. “She’s just awesome. She’s just the most fun in the world.
