MANILA, Philippines — Dog lovers, cat ladies, and pet enthusiasts, unite! B Hotel Alabang is hosting its first 1-kilometer Pawesome Run at Madrigal Business Park in Muntinlupa City on October 5 to support the Muntinlupa K-9 Search and Rescue Unit (SAR) dogs under the city’s veterinary office. Dogs and their owners can register for P1,499 per head, with an option to avail of the hotel’s breakfast buffet for P1,949. The hotel will also offer a 20% discount on the breakfast buffet for non-participants.
Each ticket includes a race singlet, pet bandana, finisher shirt and medal, loot bag, raffle tickets, among other items. Registration for the fun run begins at 5 am. The race also includes an obstacle course for pets.
Glennis Narciso, the hotel’s general manager, said in a media statement that “the event promotes health and wellness while highlighting the importance of collaboration between pet owners and local authorities in disaster preparedness.” Upon registration, participants may also place an advanced order from B Hotel’s Pawesome Run Pet Menu. This includes Grilled Chicken Breast & Roasted Potatoes (P250) , Burger Steak and Scrambled Egg (P250) , Seared Salmon with Orange Glazed Carrots (P450) , Bowl of Fruits (P180) , with mango and pineapple, and Peanut Butter Parfait (P180), with yogurt, peanut butter, and pineapple.
The pet-friendly hotel also offers an exclusive Pawsome Run room promo , where participants can avail of a special rate of P3,288 per night . .
