With 12 wins and countless nominations, Griggs and her team have proved the value of “evolving and changing” to keep the lifestyle program refreshed. ” The Olympian says that she takes a “hands-on” approach, keeping in touch with the team via social media and updating them on future schedules. “We integrate a really positive, nice working environment.” Griggs credits her vast experiences swimming at the Olympic Games, working in newsrooms and sitting on boards in allowing her to learn to “deal with different people”.
