Jigra ' which released with ' Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video ' has left everyone disappointed as people expected more from it after seeing the trailer. The movie was meant to be niche, multiplex movie always but positive word of mouth was meant to give the business a boost, which never happened in this case after the opening day number. The film has been getting dull gradually day wise as the daily number has reached in lakhs now and no longer even Rs 1 crore from Monday onwards.

'Jigra' made Rs 60 lakhs on Monday and dropped to around Rs 55 lakhs on Tuesday. On day 13, which is the second Wednesday, the movie has made around Rs 50 lakhs according to Sacnilk. The total collection now stands at Rs 28 crore.

Earlier, it was predicted that the film may have a lifetime business of around Rs 40 crore but that also seems a far cry at the moment and anything just above Rs 30 crore may be expected. This is, unfortunately, Alia's lowest grossing movie in a while. Her film ' Gangubai Kathiawadi ' came as a huge surprise in the post Covid scenario and was a major game-changer.

One of the only movies of Alia which had a low number was ' Highway ', but it was just her second film and it eventually ended up being a cult over the years. On the other hand, 'Vicky Vidya..

.' has clocked in a total of Rs 36.5 crore.
