Jet2 has announced its ‘biggest ever’ programme of winter city breaks from Manchester Airport . Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks is expanding its routes for next winter and tickets are already on sale.

The expansion includes its latest city break destination, Porto, with flights operating during November 2025 and restarting again mid-February 2026, coinciding with February half term. The airline and package operator initially planned to launch the Porto route in summer 2025, but brought it forward to this summer following a surge in interest. Now the route is being incorporated into Jet2’s winter city break programme.

Porto is Portugal’s second-biggest city, offering travellers incredible museums, beautiful buildings and amazing food and drink. As part of the Jet2 package, holidaymakers can book onto their Discover More option which takes them to the Douro Valley wine growing region. Alongside these, Jet2 and Jet2Holidays will operate its Christmas Markets programme, details of which will be announced soon.
