Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks have announced new travel routes as part of their Winter City breaks programme. The low-cost airline will see flights including a new flight path from Manchester to Porto for winter 25/26.

It will see the company operate two weekly flights to the Portuguese city during November and restart again in mid-February. Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks' expansion will also include 700,000 seats going on sale across Europe .

The winter programme will be the company's biggest yet and comes due to customer demand who are seeking "culture, history, cuisine and sightseeing". Other weekend break destinations Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks will be flying to include Athens, Barcelona, Budapest, Krakow, Paris, Prague, Rome, Vienna and Venice.

These will be from eight UK airports, including Birmingham, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle International and London Stansted Airports. Customers booking a city break can choose from a flight-only option with Jet2.com or an ATOL-protected package holiday with Jet2CityBreaks.
