Hitmaker Jessie J has candidly shared that she has been diagnosed with OCD and ADHD. The conditions are officially known as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder [ADHD] and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) - and she was diagnosed with both three months ago. Sharing the news with her fans earlier this week, the Price Tag singer, 36, who is a mum of one, said it made her "re-think" her whole life.

And she added that ADHD made her feel as though she had a "superpower as long as you look at it from the right perspective." ADHD, according to the NHS website, is a condition that affects people's behaviour. It can make those with the condition appear restless and they could also have difficulty in concentrating on tasks and act on impulse.

Meanwhile, OCD, has been described by the medical website as a person who has obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviours. The singer, who is known for a number of hits including her debut Do It Like A Dude and Price Tag, claimed that following the birth of her adorable son, Sky Safir Cornish Coleman, exposed her conditions far more. In her social media post, she said: "In telling people a lot of the reaction I got was 'Yeah I mean we knew that' (which I'm sure some of you are doing right now) and of course I knew to some extent but having a baby has let's say.
