Jess Wright has thanked her followers after being 'overwhelmed with support' since sharing that her son has been diagnosed with a rare heart condition. The former TOWIE star, who shares her two-year-old with her husband William Lee-Kemp, has revealed that her son has a congenital heart disease called Bicuspid Aortic Valve. The 38-year-old, who is Mark Wright's sister, welcomed her son Presley into the world in May 2022, and has now delved into the details of his disease, which will require him to have open-heart surgery at least twice in his life.

Taking to her Instagram account on Monday (August 26), the mum-of-one shared a picture of her gorgeous family as she told her 1.5 million followers: "Hey everyone I have been apprehensive & nervous about writing this post because I knew that once I shared it, it would become even more real, but ultimately I couldn't hide away from the reality anymore & I would love to also raise awareness." Something he was born with & happens to a small 1% of us. "Essentially, instead of having three leaflets in his aortic valve, like most, he only has two. This condition affects how blood flows from the heart to the rest of the body and will require monitoring & care over time.
