The Grand Tour’s presenter Jeremy Clarkson has revealed that after four decades he has finally ended his prolonged “quest” to find the best beach club. To celebrate, the 64-year-old was seen beaming from ear to ear and splashed the cash on a drink of his choice. Sharing his success, he took to social media to mark the momentous occasion.

Writing to his 8.5 million Instagram followers he wrote: “My 44-year quest to find the best beach bar in the world is at an end.” Jeremy who starred on Top Gear from 2002 to 2015, was in Provence, France.

He attended the Léoube beach club which is located a few kilometres from the popular town of Saint-Tropez. He celebrated in style forking out an eye-watering £160 on a huge bottle of Rose wine, made by the establishment.
