Drake's 'ready and waiting to date' Jennifer Lopez after Ben Affleck divorce Revisiting how Jennifer Lopez spent the day on official date of Affleck breakup Newman said: "The rumor is that Jen and Ben did not execute a prenuptial agreement—which is pretty shocking!" "While I applaud the spirit of long-lasting love, considering Jen’s divorce record and Ben’s, it is so surprising that they would not have been more protective," she continued. Still, the divorce attorney added that despite both stars' "considerable assets and earning power, it is still surprising."
