Jennifer Aniston has condemned JD Vance , Donald Trump ’s vice presidential candidate, for resurfaced comments in which he disparaged Democrat women as a "bunch of childless cat ladies with miserable lives" who are "making the country miserable too".

On Wednesday the Friends star posted a clip of Mr Vance's remarks on her Instagram story, expressing her disbelief. She penned: “I truly can’t believe that this is coming from a potential VP of the United States.” Aniston used the moment to directly address Mr Vance and criticise his views on IVF, adding: “All I can say is.

.. Mr Vance, I pray that your daughter is fortunate enough to bear children of her own one day.

“I hope she will not need to turn to IVF as a second option. Because you are trying to take that away from her, too.” In a 2021 interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, JD Vance criticised Vice President Kamala Harris ’ leadership, questioning it due to her lack of biological children.

As the presidential election approaches, the video has resurfaced, with many women without children labeling Mr Vance’s comments as sexist and misogynistic. They argue that his remarks perpetuate the outdated stereotype that women who choose not to have children are lonely and unloved. Mr Vance said in the clip that the country was run by “a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at.
