Jeddah Tower, set to become the world’s tallest skyscraper, aims to surpass the Burj Khalifa by 591 feet and feature over 250 floors. With record-breaking elevators and an unprecedented observation deck, it promises to redefine modern architecture. New Delhi: Jeddah Tower, also known as the Kingdom Tower, is an ambitious project currently under construction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Once completed, this skyscraper is expected to break several records, surpassing even the current record holder, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Designed to reach a height of over 3,300 feet, the Jeddah Tower will stand 591 feet taller than the Burj Khalifa, which is a staggering feat of engineering and architectural prowess. One of the most impressive aspects of the Jeddah Tower is its expected number of floors.

Estimates suggest that the tower will have over 200 floors, potentially reaching up to 252 floors. According to the designer, Adrian Smith, the Jeddah Tower will boast roughly 50 more floors than the Burj Khalifa, which has 163 occupied floors. This significant increase in height and floor count highlights the tower’s aim to redefine the limits of skyscraper construction.

The Jeddah Tower will not only be the tallest building but also one of the most luxurious. It will feature 318 apartments, 182 hotel rooms, and a Four Seasons hotel. Additionally, the tower will be equipped with 59 elevators and 12 escalators, ensuring efficient movement within the building.
