The former rugby union player, 39, sparked concern among fans on Wednesday as he shared a video montage of himself in a hospital bed with his arm in a sling.

The athlete suffered his injury after he and Mike, 45, attempted their own version of a social media clip where a man spun his girlfriend upside down and then back up. Watching the video together, James said: 'Speed is the key.' The pair then tried several times to perform the move themselves but where never quite able to master it.
