Veteran forward Jalen McDaniels is joining the Capital City Go-Go of the G League. McDaniels was waived during the preseason by the San Antonio Spurs.McDaniels has played in 248 games over five NBA seasons, with the Charlotte Hornets, Philadelphia 76ers and Toronto Raptors. The 6-foot-9 forward has averaged 6.9 points and 3.3 rebounds per game in his career.The Raptors signed McDaniels to a two-year contract in the summer of 2023. They traded him to the Sacramento Kings this past offseason. McDaniels was then traded by the Kings to the Spurs in a move designed to clear room under the luxury tax.
