The West Chester, Pennsylvania native is slated to appear Monday ahead of Common Pleas Judge Patrick Carmody, the outlet reported.
Margera, who wed fitness model Dannii Marie in May in New Mexico , was taken into custody September 16 in McConnellsburg, Fulton County in connection with DUI and reckless driving, according to the outlet. The arrest, which was handled by Pennsylvania State Police, breached terms he agreed to in entering probation in June following a guilty plea over a April 2023 incident involving his brother at the family's Pocopson, Pennsylvania home.
