A MAN living with a micropenis is aiming to land a record for the world’s smallest manhood. Michael Phillips, 36, was diagnosed with the rare condition when he decided to visit a doctor due to concerns over the size four months ago. He had long had concerns over the size , with the condition having plagued his dating and sex life.
But instead of living in embarrassment, Michael has his sights set on getting his winning a Guinness World Record title. The average penis size in the UK ranges from 3.5 to 5.

He told The Sun: “I was actually looking to see if there is a Guinness world record for the smallest and see if I can enter for that.
