Britain's Got Talent is reportedly making a huge change to auditions for hopefuls looking to appear on the ITV show when it returns in 2025. It comes as head judge Simon Cowell has reportedly said that he wants the show to "be the best that it can be". Bosses are said to be planning a change in location for the auditions.

Going forward all want-to-be stars will allegedly appear on stage at Blackpool, rather than the London Palladium . Reportedly, the change has been decided because how producers love the atmosphere in the seaside Northern town, with the audience always showing full enthusiasm for the acts that appear. A source told the press: " BGT is a show that hangs on the audience and how they react — and basically the crowd in Blackpool are absolutely brilliant.

"The Palladium is such an iconic venue but if you compare the shows in Blackpool to the ones they have filmed in London, the audience is way more up for it there. "Boss Simon Cowell has given the green light to the move and just wants the show to be the best it can be." However, the change could cause issues for judge Amanda Holden .

She currently works five days a week in London so may need to commute to stick to her BGT committments. Auditions for the 2025 series kicked off back in October, with the rest set to be filmed in the New Year. With the performances that have already been filmed, Amanda already shared that someone captured her heart enough for her to press the Golden Buzzer.

Teasing the moment on so.
