TM: Hosts speaks about Holly Willoughby's return to ITV This Morning regulars Nik and Eva Speakman lifted the lid on how their therapy cured presenter Holly Willoughby ’s fear of flying. For decades, the Speakmans have helped people overcome phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder on the ITV programme. As well as taking calls from viewers, the couple then turned their acclaimed techniques to their celebrity pals by using Schema.

This same psychology was recently put into action at an exclusive session at Manchester’s Runway Visitor Park where they helped five people overcome the same phobia. In partnership with LoveHolidays, the dynamic duo helped the group of nervous flyers unpack the root cause of their fears and equipped them with coping strategies. The Speakmans helped Holly in 2016, who during an episode of This Morning explained she used to love flying with her mum who was an air hostess until she was forced on a plummeting aircraft while hosting children’s TV. Speaking to Express.co.
