This Morning's Rochelle Humes had a humorous moment on Monday when she nearly sneezed during a live discussion about workplace boundaries. While the panel delved into the topic of employers contacting staff after hours, guest Ashley James was sharing insights on achieving a work-life balance. Mid-conversation, Rochelle appeared distracted which led fellow presenter Joel Dommett to misinterpret her expression.

Ashley was explaining: "I think what Labour are trying to improve is that work-life balance and actually when you look at lots of other countries and how they do things. I think Denmark and Holland are two of the leading countries for having that work-life balance." She recounted her sister's experience living in Holland and described the Dutch emphasis on family time after work as something that contributes to greater productivity, reports the Mirror .

Noticing Rochelle's expression, Ashley paused to ask""Are you going to sneeze?" Rochelle, caught amidst an attempted sneeze, chuckled and replied, "Sorry I'm just holding a sneeze in!" Misinterpreting her pre-sneeze face for a reaction to the discussion, Rochelle assured the guests it was a false alarm and carried on with the show. She said: "I held it in, sorry, I'm so passionate about it." Joel commented with a mimic of crying: "I thought you were welling up!" After apologising once more for the interruption, Ashley resumed discussing how other countries maintain a better work-life balance.
