But where are the most breathtaking spots to visit this summer in Europe? To find out, long-haul travel specialists, Travelbag analyzed Instagram hashtag data and Google search trends for 35 of the most popular cities in Europe, revealing the best destinations for an Insta-worthy experience this summer.

The study revealed Dublin as the sixth most picturesque city In Europe to visit during the summer, with over 23,000 Instagram posts using the hashtag #SummerinDublin. Ireland's capital city had over 1,300 online searches a month. Meanwhile London was named the most picturesque summer destination in Europe, with a staggering 175,000 Instagram posts under the hashtag #SummerinLondon.
The English capital also receives a large volume of Google searches, with a monthly average of 4,400 global searches for the term ‘summer in London.' Following closely behind in second place is Paris, with over 161,000 posts on Instagram under the hashtag #SummerinParis, emphasising the city's allure and picturesque charm. The French city also has the highest global search volume, with an average of 5,400 searches a month for ‘summer in Paris’.
