Things are bright once again in Callender Street, thanks in part to super Nova Potato terrine at Nova Pizzas and burgers are making way for Portavogie prawn ravioli, pulled ham hock arancini and pressed potato terrine as the brains behind the successful Orto and Tribal Burger have now opened Nova. This bright little downtown pasta joint is punching well above its modest and cheerful weight, thanks to the creations of chef Connor Leggat. His new pasta dishes and salads are well executed and more than a nod to modern Italian simplicity and rustic charm.
