Earlier this month, Ronan Keating opened up about his wife Storm’s health , after it was revealed that she’d undergone an operation related to the spinal surgery. In May, the Australian designer was forced to pull out of a fundraiser due to health issues which led to the Boyzone star sharing a cryptic message about her “challenges ahead”. The 47-year-old revealed Storm had undergone surgery, and faced a gruelling “six-week recovery”.
Praising his wife, the singer shared: “Storm is a superstar and a powerhouse. She underwent an operation related to the spinal surgery she had three years ago. “Her recovery took six weeks.
It's incredible. She was up and walking the next day, which astounded me. The operation was successful and she's feeling fantastic.
” Ronan added: “That post was my way of showing support for her because she constantly supports everyone else, whether it's our children, my family, her family or my job. I wanted to let her know that I'm there for her.” In 2021, Storm had to have emergency surgery to prevent the loss of use in her legs and bladder due to a prolapsed disc.
This led to a diagnosis of cauda equina syndrome, a serious and rare spinal condition that can cause paralysis. Following the procedure, Ronan updated fans and posted: “The operation was a success, and she's feeling great.
