Bargain Hunt: Presenter speechless over huge profit Antiques expert Nick Hall has been a star on Bargain Hunt for more than 10 years. The antiques and fine art auctioneer and valuer has been a regular expert on the BBC for around 15 years after he first made his TV flogging debut on the show's sister series Flog It! as a guest host in 2006. Nick was first an auctioneer on Bargain Hunt but he was asked to join the show as an expert.
He now regularly appears on the BBC series, working with the red and blue teams to try and find a hidden treasure and make a profit. Away from TV, he works at the estate agency Henry Adam’s auction arm as Director of its Chichester Saleroom. Nick has more than 30 years of experience "dealing with all aspects of Antiques, Fine Art, 20th Century Design, Collectors items and Contemporary interiors".

He has previously confirmed in interviews that he has a family and children, but has not revealed if he is married. One of his children, Dan, is married after he tied the knot in a village ceremony in June 2022. Nick has however spoken about how important family life is and how vital it is to spend time wit.
