A home in New York City has been declared "insane", with many people comparing the owner to a real-life Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City . Apartment tour influencer Caleb Simpson has carved out a successful career by checking out people’s properties on TikTok , and one of his most popular videos has more than 33million views. In it, he appears to ‘bump’ into LoveShackFancy founder Rebecca Hessel Cohen, and the 42-year-old fashion mogul showcased her lavish home.
