Located near Edinburgh , Lost Shore Surf Resort will also be Scotland's first inland surf resort, offering a 'state-of-the-art' surfing pool three times the size of Wembley's football pitch and up to 1,000 waves an hour. Set within a 60-acre country park in Scotland, it will feature luxury lodges, 'premium' accommodation pods, restaurants, and spa and shopping facilities.

But the highlight is its enormous wave pool and surf lake, which are fronted by an expansive beachfront. Surfers will be able to ride waves for up to 22 seconds, with 20 different kinds of waves to enjoy.
