Road Town, British Virgin Islands–(Newsfile Corp. – October 30, 2024) – To commemorate National Batik Day on Thursday, 24/10/2024, the Information, Social and Cultural Function of the Indonesian Consulate General in Dubai, in collaboration with the Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) of the Indonesian Consulate General in Dubai, held a batik fashion show. This event was organized as an expression of love and pride for Indonesia’s world-renowned cultural wealth.

They showcased their creativity and innovation in designing batik clothing, combining traditional elements with attractive modern touches.

In addition, several diaspora boutique owners specializing in women’s batik clothing also contributed to this event, enriching the variety and choices of displayed clothing.
