It was produced with a budget of Rs 18 crores, however, reports stated that the film managed to earn only Rs 11 crore at the box office. The film featured a star-studded cast including Arshad Warsi, Sonu Nigam, Aditya Pancholi, Raj Babbar, Armaan Kohli, Manisha Koirala, Sharad Kapoor, Siddharth Ray, Rajat Bedi, Rambha, Kiran Rathod, Pinky Campbell, Aftab Shivdasani, Amrish Puri, Johnny Lever, Upasana Singh, Aman Verma and Shahbaz Khan. Armaan Kohli was also seen in the film as ‘Ichchhadhari Naag’ and the whole film was based around him.
