DAYTON — The Elko boys soccer team claimed each of its road games over the weekend, doing so in opposite fashions. Elko junior Jonathan Gosda scored two goals, and junior Sorel Barajas finished with one goal and an assist.

Sophomore Teagen Perez also assisted one score. In the victory, senior goalie Ricardo Ramirez allowed two goals and made eight saves. Against the Dust Devils, five Elko players scored at least one goal — three finishing with multiple scores.

Gosda closed with one goal and three assists, and junior Erick Huerta rounded out the offense with one goal. The Indians assisted eight of the nine goals: junior Ole Raithel and senior Matteo Consalvi also dishing one apiece.
