A decision is due on an application for a religious school for up to 200 students to be built on a 6,000sq/m site in Bolton . The Hadhrat Shaykh Muhammad Zakariyya Foundation is applying for planning permission for the site on Dinsdale Drive . There would be more than a dozen classrooms including two classrooms for children with special educational needs (SEN) across the two temporary teaching blocks as well as a state-of-the-art Sports Hub. The 6,000sq/m site was a car park but it is out of use for more than 20 years and it is a hotspot for anti-social behaviour and criminal behaviour according to Hadhrat Shaykh Muhammad Zakariyya Foundation.
