Julio Solano walked up to his vehicle that was parked in a garage on Washington Avenue and 16th Street in Miami Beach Monday morning when he spotted an intruder in the driver's seat.

When he approached the man, identified as Ravesh Rabindranauth, 33, he asked Solano for help after getting trapped inside the car. 'My brother, this is not your car, this is my car,' Solano told the suspect before calling the police. Miami Beach Police soon arrived at the bizarre scene and arrested Rabindranauth who is now facing one count of burglary of an unoccupied conveyance.
