Three Boltonians have been hauled in front of the magistrates’ courts for driving offences in the past week. Bolton residents have been fined hundreds of pounds after travelling over the limit, with driving licences endorsed with points. Joanna Marie Hindle, aged 28, of Molyneux Road, Westhoughton , was fined £341 and her licence was endorsed with three points at Cheshire Magistrates’ Court on Monday, September 30, after pleading guilty to driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on Whitchurch Road, Christleton, Chester, on June 25 this year.

Matthew Wright, aged 47, of Lock View, Stoneclough, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 50mph at Wrexham Magistrates’ Court on Friday, September 27. He was fined £460 and his licence was endorsed with three points following the incident, which took place on October 16, 2023, on the A494 in Flintshire, Wales.

Wario Jatani Bule, aged 26, of Cobham Avenue, Bolton, was fined £226 at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Monday, September 30, after pleading guilty to driving at 37mph in a 30mph zone on May 26 this year on the A41 in Upton, Chester.
