A health guru has unveiled a 'game-changing' tip that could transform your eating habits, potentially allowing you to indulge in your most-loved treats without piling on the pounds. On the popular Diary of a CEO podcast show, hosted by entrepreneur Steven Bartlett, biochemist and author Jessie Inchauspe shared a simple trick to dodge blood sugar spikes.
