I’m A Celebrity legend Kim Woodburn has delivered her verdict on how Maura Higgins will fare in the jungle. She is expected to join confirmed contestants such as Danny Jones, Coleen Rooney and Oti Mabuse a couple of days into the series, which starts on Sunday night.

She told RSVP Live: “I don’t know Maura. She’s very beautiful, credit where it’s due.

I know nothing wrong about her at all. “She’s taking her looks and making as much money as she can – and why not? She’s very glamorous and has a lovely figure. I don’t know whether she will be tough enough to do those trials, just because she’s so delicate and lovely.

“It’s not going to be a breeze, between ants in your pants and spiders in your bed. But she’s a lovely girl. I would say to her do what you can – but you’re taking on an awful lot.

Who knows, she might be as tough as boots. Good luck to her.” Reflecting on her time in the jungle, Kim has no regrets about taking part and reveals the paycheck from ITV is what motivated her to sign up.
