However, the person who goes last in the group is unknowingly being pranked. After cheering on everybody else, they say their version of “Just give me my money” and start applauding, only for everybody else to remain completely silent. While most of the time the gag is completely lighthearted, this trend has faced scrutiny after some people started using it to trick and embarrass young children, which viewers deemed cruel.
But everybody could see the funny side when Idris Elba’s wife, Sabrina Elba, and daughter, Isan Elba, targeted the Hollywood actor when they took on the trend.
