This Saturday and Sunday, the Thai Art Toy Fest will convert Icon Art & Culture Space at Iconsiam into a creative playground, where 80 brilliant artists and studios will showcase their talent in telling Thai myths and beliefs through a collection of striking artworks. It's a collective effort between Thai Art Toy Fest, the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Iconsiam and DDD Collectible Art Toys to promote Thai culture through soft power. Visitors can browse around the Art Toy Market and discover the newest creations in art toys that draw inspiration from popular tourist destinations, local folks and Thai history.

There will be the launch of "Art Toys Of Fantastic Beasts From Five Regions" to promote new routes around the country so that travellers may follow trails of these mythical creatures such as "Dugong Holding Roasted Pork", which takes inspiration from famous roasted pork and a dugong, a protected species in Trang province, and "Bryde's Whale On A Mackerel Basket", which takes inspiration from the Bryde's whale of Samut Sakhon province to illustrate the abundance of the Gulf of Thailand and the province's status as one of the largest seafood hubs in the country. Other highlights are the "Let's Camping With Your Toy" exhibition by DDD Collectible Art Toys and Motley Party Studio, the Model Printing Workshop by Vallejo, an NFT talk and a launch of Monomoth figures created by Smiling Angel. Visitors can also join a workshop on making their own spiritual art toy out of incense.
