The Sugar Hut nightclub, frequented by stars including Mark Wright, Joey Essex and Gemma Collins , has featured in the ITV show since it launched back in 2010.

It was also famous for its glamorous hosts the Sugar Hut Honeys. It was previously owned by fellow TOWIE star Mick Norcross , who sold it in 2019, two years before his tragic death aged 57. The Grade II listed property in Brentwood spans several floors including a basement, a ground floor and a second floor.

Formerly a pub, it has been reconfigured into a nightclub and restaurant on the ground and first floor, while officers and staff accommodation cover the top floor. Now it is up for sale again, as reported by Luxury Property News, and is being sold with vacant possession allowing potential buyers to transform it into a different use.
