It’s a true testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire crew.

Our mission has always been to deliver an extraordinary experience, blending top-tier service with a distinctive ambiance and an à la carte menu that goes beyond the typical bar fare.

Our drinks reflect the essence of the beach, offering classic cocktails with a modern twist. “I realised the importance of wet sales in a restaurant environment and having a bar attached when I read this in one of Sir Terence Conran books. The British did this very well in the 90’s, and I am proud to say Icebergs Dining Room and Bar was one of the first restaurants to take this approach here in Sydney.
