It's not every day you find a café inside a charity shop, but one place in Greater Manchester has gone a step further by opening its own ice cream parlour. Bolton homelessness charity Emmaus says it's 'breaking new ground' by becoming one of the few charity shops in the UK to feature a café that now includes the parlour, selling ice cream from the popular Lancashire-based Mrs Dowsons Dairy Farm. The new ice cream parlour, located within the charity's existing shops and Cafe Pierre space off Fletcher Street in Bolton, offers a variety of ten delicious flavours, including salted caramel, Oreo cookie crumble and Bubblegum.
