Monday, August 19, 2024 Iberia and SEPLA have successfully concluded negotiations, leading to a pivotal update to the existing 10th Agreement, now extended through December 31, 2027. This revised agreement enables enhanced profit-sharing with employees. Under the new terms, pilots will benefit from increased earnings that reflect not only the airline’s financial performance but also achievements in areas such as punctuality, customer satisfaction (NPS), and overall productivity.

According to Marco Sansavini , the president of Iberia, “the agreement with SEPLA is a key piece for building the company’s future. Sharing financial and operational successes with people allows us to feed our virtuous circle, which is built on achieving excellent results to be able to invest even more in retaining our talent, in improving customer service and in working toward environmental sustainability.” Key Elements of the Agreement: This agreement, targeting the pilot group, signifies Iberia’s intent to extend a more equitable profit distribution model across all Iberia Group employees, recognizing their role in achieving strong financial and operational outcomes.
