She further added, "My delight, fuelled by the fresh seaside air, only increased when I entered The Quay Hotel. A super friendly staff member welcomed us, checked us in, and confirmed a few details, including our tea time slot at the Ebb and Flow Restaurant within the hotel.

" Upon reaching her room, which truly delivered the 'wow factor', Ellen described the view from their window as "incredible." She said: "Our bed overlooked room-length sliding doors which overlooked a small dock with three boats tied up. "These doors opened out to a private balcony which allowed us to really take in the views across the marina and towards Conwy Castle.

"Even the bathroom window offered a view of the water, making it the most luxurious bathroom I've ever ha.
