Speaking to Olivia Attwood on her So Wrong It's Right podcast, she said: "She won’t have surgery, she’s seen me go through it all, she knows she’s pretty, that’s the difference. Katie was spotted earlier this week soaking up the sun on her Turkish getaway whilst recovering from her sixth facelift worth £10,000. But, speaking in her interview before the op, she said: "If I have surgery I set up the paps because I rather put the most horrific looking pictures out, so no one else can take those pictures of me.
"I look f****** awful. It’s awful but it’s real. It’s not just the before and after, it’s the in between.
"A few years ago I had my eyes done, it looked like I’d been in a car crash - hideous. "You’ve got to know the process - when you see before and after you don’t really know what it’s like in between, it’s not easy having surgery. "You have to recover and you do look horrific and horrific for a while.
