Within just 24 hours of her song 'Playing for Time' being released on August 16, it went to number six on the iTunes UK chart and number three on the dance chart as well as number 17 on the Singles Chart. But her rise to fame has been far from easy and in an exclusive interview, she tells Fabulous: “I didn't have the best start to life and didn't have the best opportunities growing up on a council estate in an underprivileged area. “I was in my house with no food, no warm clothing sometimes, and just trying to get by, just trying to survive and get food for that day for me and my siblings.
