At the beginning of summer, I was struggling to get the hydrangea in my garden to flower as much as it did last year, and after looking online I discovered that the main cause may be a lack of nutrients. I decided to try feeding my hydrangea a homemade fertiliser made with a banana peel which took me only five minutes to prepare but I have been incredibly impressed by the results.
